About Bayside HVAC My name is Vic Joshi, and together with my wife Lisa, we are the proud owner-operators of Bayside HVAC. Formerly known as Salt Life Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC, we recently changed our company name to Bayside HVAC to eliminate any confusion with other local companies. While our name is new, our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction remains the same. My family and I relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina, from the Northeast in 2021 in search of a better lifestyle and quality of life. We’re proud to now call this wonderful community our home. With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I’ve worked extensively across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors for a large mechanical contractor before starting our family business. I personally oversee every project to ensure 100% quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I’ve received OEM factory training on a wide variety of HVAC brands and stay current with the latest advancements in equipment, controls, and technology to deliver the most reliable and efficient solutions for our customers.
